Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Shexlyonyz.world (“we”, “us”) governing access to https://shexlyonyz.world (the “Site”) and any purchase of FreshPath products. By using the Site, creating an order, or clicking to accept during checkout where presented, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Site and do not submit orders. Certain features may have supplemental terms; where those terms conflict with this document on a specific point, the supplemental terms control for that feature only.
Eligibility and authority
You must be at least eighteen years old and capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes the entity.
Product nature and labeling
FreshPath is offered as a dietary supplement or general wellness product where permitted by law. It is not a drug and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Orders, pricing, and acceptance
Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice until you complete checkout. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory limits, shipping restrictions, or legal compliance. If we cancel after payment, we will refund amounts charged according to our Refund Policy.
Display errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct pricing mistakes before shipment and to offer cancellation or adjusted pricing if an error materially affected your order.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by third-party providers. You authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method for the total at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping where quoted. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Shipping and title
Risk of loss passes in accordance with carrier terms and the point defined at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing on a per-order basis. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or delays outside our control.
Acceptable use

Intellectual property

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shexlyonyz.world and its personnel from third-party claims arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of applicable law, subject to our prompt notification and reasonable cooperation.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. You agree that courts located in Kentucky have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. The effective date appears at the top. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires explicit consent for material changes affecting your rights.
