Overview

This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds work for FreshPath products purchased through https://shexlyonyz.world. It supplements our Terms of Service. We want the process to be clear: eligible items, realistic timelines, and a single point of contact for your order number.

Keep your order confirmation email and any carrier tracking numbers—they speed up review.

Voluntary returns (change of mind)

If you are not satisfied with an unopened product in resalable condition, you may request a return within thirty calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, sealed where the product is sold sealed, and include all accessories shipped in the original carton. Opened consumable products generally cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons unless a separate exception applies below.

We may refuse a return if the item shows wear, missing components, or signs of tampering, or if the return window has expired.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments

Inspect your parcel promptly. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within fourteen calendar days of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photographs of the outer carton and the product. We may offer a prepaid return label, a replacement shipment, or a full refund including standard outbound shipping at our discretion.

If you received someone else’s order by mistake, do not open sealed product; contact us immediately for guidance.

How to start a return or refund request

Email talk@shexlyonyz.world with:

  • Your order number and the email used at checkout
  • whether you seek a refund, replacement, or exchange
  • for damaged/defective items: photos as described above

Approved returns receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA; unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Refunds and credits

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately ten business days of receiving the item at our facility. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post credits to your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a shipment we failed to deliver as promised.

Non-refundable and final-sale items

Gift cards (if offered), digital goods, personalized items produced to your specifications, or items marked “final sale” at purchase are not refundable unless required by law. Perishable items may have additional restrictions where applicable.

Subscriptions or auto-shipments

If we offer subscription or recurring shipments in the future, cancellation and refund rules for those programs will be disclosed at checkout and in order confirmation emails. Until then, each order is treated as a standalone purchase under this Policy.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks may delay investigations and can affect acceptance of future orders.
